PROJECT SUMMARY
The main objective of the CarbonOFF4.0 project is identifying a strategy to decrease the mismatches between the labour market and the available professional profiles, focusing on the skills linked to carbon neutrality and ecological transition in relevant productive industries.
The achieved results will be innovative training modules, based on living labs and other tools, addressed to several target groups: students, trainers, workers, professionals, companies and citizens.

THE PROJECTS OBJECTIVES
Definition of new sets of training modules (addressed to different target users).
Creation of guidelines for VET centres and trainers to correctly use the modules.
Development of a toolkit for companies to practically implement carbon footprint analysis and adopt corrective strategies.
Testing of all these tools during pilot activities in the second half of the project.
PROJECT OUTCOMES
Creation of a toolkit for production companies to help them identify the steps and necessary skill-sets in their ecological transition.
Development of training modules based on an innovative approach, focused on the decarbonisation process in relevant production industries.
Development of a set of recommendations for policy makers on the correct strategy in order to reduce the mismatches between the labour market and the available “green” profiles.
